- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on generators, ATS, and related components
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies
- Strong mechanical aptitude; electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must own basic industrial tools (hand tools, torque wrenches, multimeters)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Professionalism and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in generator repair or related field
- Technical training or military equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical training or military equivalent preferred
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on generators, ATS, and related components
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using appropriate tools and techniques
- Read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies
- Demonstrate professionalism and support a safe, efficient work environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
- Experience working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check, physical exam, and drug screen
- Lift up to 50–80 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
