We are a growing clinic in an active mountain community and are looking for a motivated clinician to join our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our clinic. This role will start with a flexible caseload as we continue to grow, with a clear pathway to a full schedule.
You will work closely with patients in a one-on-one, open-gym setting, focusing on strength, movement mechanics, and return to activity.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in a one-on-one setting
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on strength and function
- Progress patients from rehab to higher-level activity and performance
- Utilize a mix of manual therapy, exercise, and movement-based treatment
- Collaborate with other providers and community partners
- Contribute to a positive and patient-centered clinic environment
Compensation

This time is paid at your current hourly rate and is considered part of your role.
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interest in strength-based rehab and movement
- Comfortable working with active populations
- Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Interest in growing with a developing practice
- A warm, outgoing personality!
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with athletes or active populations
- Interest in strength and conditioning or movement-based training
- Pilates training or interest in incorporating Pilates-based tools into treatment!!
- Clinicians with Pilates training will also have the opportunity to incorporate those skills into patient care and may have the option to teach Pilates sessions within the clinic.
