Friendly, efficient, and detail-oriented team member needed for a manager position in charge of customer service representatives. Qualified CSR must type a minimum 40 WPM. Must be friendly and enjoy helping customers and fellow employees in a respectful, helpful manner. Customer service representatives are required to be BCI/FBI fingerprinted and must be at least 18 years old. Customer service representative must be able to multitask. Phone etiquette is a must. This customer service position is flexible with hours ranging from 20-40 hours per week based on your needs. Saturday hours are required. We process vehicle registration, driver license, reinstatement payment, title, notary, dog license, hunting and fishing license, and miscellaneous services for all Ohio counties
