Stout Analytics Academy is a new, undergraduate and graduate degree-granting establishment, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Under the leadership of Chancellor Dr. Mark S. Stout, Stout the mission of Stout Analytics Academy is to empower capable, experienced, contributing persons through the granting of degrees based on life experience, direct mentorship, and network-building.
Stout Analytics Academy does not charge students any tuition or fees, but is instead funded through grants from StoutPower Consulting, LLC, and Dr. Mark S. Stout, PhD.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at StoutPower Consulting, LLC. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, coordinating diary schedules, and general administrative assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of the CEO's office on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Experience in managing expense reports and coordinating diary management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
