Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Safety Specialist located in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area. The Field Safety Specialist will be responsible for managing health and safety protocols, conducting safety training, investigating accidents, and ensuring compliance with MSHA and OSHA regulations. Day-to-day tasks include site inspections, risk assessments, implementing safety programs, and collaborating with site managers to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications
- Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) skills
- Experience working with Heavy Equipment (Excavators/Dozers/Loaders/Haul Trucks).
- Experience in conducting Safety Training
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Relevant certifications, such as MSHA and OSHA, are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
