Between counts, transfers, and returns-to-stock, you’ll operate forklifts and other equipment with care—always mindful of safety and the teammates around you.
What you’ll handle
- Maintain precise inventory levels and supply designated production areas with the right materials at the right time.
- Operate essential tools and equipment: forklifts, hand jacks, tape measures, calculators, computers, loading docks, cranes, scales, data collection equipment, radios, and copy machines.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming material shipments and document discrepancies.
- Inspect materials for defects and quality concerns before stocking.
- Receive and stock materials in the correct sector locations.
- Perform cycle counts and full physical counts for assigned items.
- Accurately document all shipments to production areas.
- Use a computer to access information and process all related paperwork promptly.
- Follow daily picking instructions and supply materials to designated areas, including manual placement, transfers between warehouses, and returns to stock.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and trucks.
- Conduct daily equipment checks—including fluid levels—and complete required checklists.
- Work safely, efficiently, accurately, and productively in alignment with company policy.
- Support team efforts to deliver a high-quality product.
- Attend scheduled shifts consistently and on time; maintain strong attendance.
- Be available for mandatory overtime as required.
- Ensure the safety of others working near moving vehicles.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current forklift license/certification.
- Hands-on experience with inventory management and control.
- Background in a manufacturing environment.
Salary : $19 - $26
