Licensed as a LICSW, LCSW, LMHC ?
Duties:
- Conduct therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based techniques and interventions
- Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans and goals
- Implement behavioral interventions to address specific behavioral challenges
- Utilize clinical research to inform treatment approaches and strategies
- Provide counseling and support for individuals with gender issues or chronic pain
- Incorporate art therapy, dance therapy, or other creative modalities as appropriate
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment progress and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with our clinical Director and help maintain client requests and intakes to maximize our office potential and staff availability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Certification or licensure in behavioral therapy or a related discipline (e.g., BCBA, LPC)
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and its impact on behavior
- Familiarity with coding systems for insurance billing purposes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
