Essential Functions
- Demonstrate competency with the Medical Imaging Equipment and in all radiology procedures
- Protect patients from radiation and mechanical hazards
- Prepare studies for interpretation by the Radiologist
- Knowledge of EHR and PACS systems
- Assist Radiologist in performing specialized procedures
- Required: Associate’s Degree
- Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology, either a college or hospital-trained program
- Registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) and current State of Wisconsin License as a Licensed Radiographer.
- Required Certification: Current BLS certification
- Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position. Access email, reference internal websites, access electronic health records, and use online learning tools to remain current with continuing education requirements.
- Microsoft Office Suite Skills: Beginning Skills – Able to perform basic things such as opening a document, change font, save a document, write a letter.
- Full-Time, .9 FTE
- 36 hours per week
- Weekender Scheduled Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- Weekender Scheduled Shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
- The Weekender works 36 hours but gets paid for 54 hours
