Stoughton Health has an excellent opportunity for an Environment of Care Manager (EOC) to join our team on a Full-Time basis in our Security & Safety department.
The Environment of Care Manager (EOC) has a critical role, particularly in healthcare settings, but also in other organizations with complex safety and security needs. This individual is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, visitors, and property, while also developing and implementing robust plans for emergency preparedness and response.
By effectively managing these functions and tracking these KPIs, an EOC manager plays a vital role in protecting an organization's people, property, and reputation, and ensuring operational continuity in the face of various threats and emergencies.

Position Requirements
- Required: High School graduate or equivalent
- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, Criminal Science, Information Systems, or related fields is preferred
- Professional Experience: 2 years of progressively responsible leadership
- Certification: BLS certification within 6 months of hire
- Certification Eligible: Completion through the Federal Emergency Management Association in Healthcare.
- Special Requirements: Completion of Incident Command Systems Courses (IS100, 200, 700 & 800)
- Computer Competency: Basic Computer Skills are expected for this position. Access email, reference internal websites, access electronic health records, and use online learning tools to remain current with continuing education requirements.
Work Shift
- Full-Time, 1.0 FTE
- 40 hours per week
- Scheduled Days: Monday - Friday
- Scheduled Shift: Flexible start time between 6:30 am to 8:30 am
