These roles sit at the heart of the customer-facing technical motion and come with clear growth paths into Forward Deployed Engineering, Software Engineering, or Account Executive roles as the company scales.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary technical partner for customers, guiding engineering teams through API architecture, SDK generation workflows, and integration patterns
• Lead hands-on onboarding by diving into customer codebases (TypeScript, JS, HTML/CSS) and ensuring API surfaces integrate cleanly
• Create and improve technical content - examples, tutorials, and docs - when identifying gaps across API specs, SDK behavior, or tooling
