- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
- Pay: $33-$35
- Shift: 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am
- Job Type: Full Time and PRN
- Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Employees!
- Full benefits and PTO provided for Full Time employees
- $2 shift differential for working night shift!
- Wages On-Demand – early access before pay day

- Flexible Scheduling
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state. Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
- Passionate about working with the elderly.
- Lead, manage, and train your team of caregivers.
- Responsible for evaluating up to 133 residents and reporting change in condition to physicians.
- Utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR)
- Communicating effectively to team, residents and families.
- Building strong relationships.
