About Us
StoryPath is a founder-led technology company building interactive video engagement platforms. Our software helps organizations deliver training, onboarding, and guided content experiences to their audiences through personalized video journeys. We operate with a small team of high performers out of The Village at Meridian.
The Role
We need someone who has experience from the moment a new user signs up for a free account. You are the first person they hear from. You call them, walk them through the platform live, show them around, and help them understand the value of what they have access to. As they see what the product can do, upgrading to a paid account becomes a natural next step.
This is not a cold calling role. Your job is to educate them on the product, help them see real value, and follow up until they are fully launched and using it.
Comfortable with AI productivity tools is a huge plus!
What You'll Do
- Respond to new sign-ups quickly, ideally within minutes of them creating a free account
- Run live demos and walk prospects through the platform over Zoom, focusing on the features that matter most to them
- Educate users on product value so that upgrading to a paid account feels like an obvious next step
- Follow up in the first week to make sure they have actually launched and are seeing results
- Host scheduled group demos for prospective users
- Track onboarding progress and flag product friction to the engineering team
- Help improve onboarding flows, landing pages, and support materials based on what you are hearing from users
What We're Looking For
- Naturally warm and helpful on the phone and on video. People enjoy talking to you
- Able to explain a software product clearly to someone who is not technical
- Self-directed. You do not wait to be told what to do. If there is a new sign-up, you are already calling
- Organized enough to manage a pipeline of prospects and new users without dropping anything
- Comfortable with AI productivity tools. We expect you to use AI to work faster. This is not optional
- Experience in SaaS customer success, onboarding, or support is a plus but not required
