Role Description
We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a full-time, on-site role at our location in Buford, GA. The Bookkeeper will manage all aspects of our accounting operations, including preparing accurate financial statements, managing journal entries, overseeing general bookkeeping tasks, and ensuring payroll tax compliance. Additional responsibilities include reconciling accounts, monitoring budgets, and providing financial summaries for management.
Qualifications
- Expert Level of Quickbooks Software
- Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate financial records
- Experience in Journal Entries and Bookkeeping processes
- Strong knowledge of Payroll Taxes, Sales Tax and compliance regulations
- Solid understanding of Accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
