- Active California Real Estate License, or ability to get licensed quickly
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Confidence in sales, communication, and relationship-building
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and coachable mindset
- Real estate experience is a bonus—but not required. We provide training and mentorship
- Interest in real estate investment or working with investor clients

- Guide cash buyers through purchasing their investment properties
- Build trust-based client relationships and become their go-to investment expert
- Analyze deals, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process

- Stay informed on market trends and local inventory
- Hit your personal sales goals and create a thriving book of business
- Prospect daily through a variety of lead sources (calls, texts, email, in-person) to build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified investors
