Registration Clerk - Full Time (30 -32 hours/week)

As a REGISTRATION CLERK you will:

• Register patients arriving for appointments and verify accuracy of all demographics within patient record including insurance verification.
• Greet, assist, and direct patients, and visitors as they arrive to the facility.
• Answer all in-coming calls in a friendly and professional manner; transfer calls to appropriate staff and schedule appointments.
• Distribute financial assistance paperwork to patients requesting assistance.
• Work closely with Financial Counselor to set-up meetings for the patient to discuss financial or billing issues.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, resident, and personnel information.

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about optimizing patient care? We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependent Adult and Child Mandatory Reporter within specified time period from starting date.
• RQI Responder within specified time period from starting date.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:

• Epic experience.
• 1 year of customer service.
• 1 year of medical office registration.
