Positions offered at Story Construction:
- Project Management: Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer
- Project Supervision: Assistant Superintendent/Supervisor, Superintendent
- Field: Construction Worker, Crew Leader, Foreman (general construction performing duties in concrete and concrete finishing, demolition, and carpentry)
- Preconstruction: Estimating
Working Hours: Generally, expect to work 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, from 7:00AM – 4:00PM. Occasional overtime may be required, weekends are rare.
Travel: Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected; job sites are located throughout Siouxland and across the state.

Working Conditions:
Employees may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, loud noises, and more within OSHA standards. Job duties are often performed in close proximity to other people. Employees often work in outdoor conditions that include inclement weather such as heat, humidity, cold, wind, and dust. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, stand for long periods of time, walk for moderate-to-long distances on varying surface conditions, climb, crawl, crouch, reach, grip, push, and pull without issue. Must possess adequate communicative, auditory, and visual capabilities to avoid safety hazards.
