What This Role Looks Like
You’re not just supervising—you’re leading.
- Creating a classroom that’s fun, structured, and engaging
- Planning activities kids actually enjoy
- Managing routines without chaos
- Building real relationships with kids and families
- Leading your classroom team with confidence
Who We’re Looking For
- Someone who can take charge of a classroom
- Strong with routines, transitions, and classroom flow
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
- Has experience with toddlers or preschool (preferred)
- Meets (or is willing to meet) Wisconsin Lead Teacher qualifications
Pay & Schedule
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Starts at $15/hr
