Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary group private practice of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Advanced Practice Providers (PAs, NPs), Psychologists, and Therapists. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication, psychological assessment, and therapy treatment as we help guide our patients toward mental wellness and a balanced personal and professional lifestyle. We are searching for passionate Clinical Therapists (MA/MSW/LSW/LPC/AMFT) to join our team of highly skilled clinicians. Our staff of Psychiatrists, Physician Assistants and Psychotherapists offer the latest medication and therapy treatment, as we help guide our clients towards mental wellness.

Clarity offers administrative, billing and marketing support so that our clinicians have a consistent caseload, ensuring our providers are focused on their greatest priority...helping their clients move forward in life!

We are partnered with the following In-Network Insurance providers: Cigna, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare and we accept self-pay clients.

In This Role You, You Will

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to a variety of populations from children/adolescents to adults, offering exceptional client care
• Manage a caseload of 12-24 attended client sessions per week (part-time/ full-time optional)
• Our clinicians ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner
• The clinician has oversight of assessments, evaluations, and treatment goals/plan consistent with clinical and administrative policies and procedures
• Our clinicians participate in organizational trainings and professional development
• Our clinicians promote, support, and demonstrate Clarity Clinic’s mission, vision and values through both behavior and job performance and adheres to policies, procedures, Compliance plan and Standards of Conduct on a day-to-day basis

• Compensation: $45-$50/per hour commensurate to years of experience & licensure
• Part-time (12hrs ) or full-time (24 attended sessions requirement)

Qualifications & Minimum Requirements

• Must have and/or be license eligible and actively working toward licensure as a Licensed Social worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage/Family Therapist (AMFT)
• Master's in psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field plus 1 to 2-year internship and 0 to1-year prior experience in a clinical setting
  
  

Experience with any/all of the following treatment modalities is beneficial:

• Family-focused therapy
• Multi-systemic therapy
• CBT | DBT | ACT
• EMDR (must be certified)
• Hypnosis (must be certified and show proof from an accredited organization)
• Health psychology (chronic health issues or pain management)
• CADC
• Marriage and Family Therapy
