What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer help position at Storr Office Environments?
This position is under the direct supervision of the Lead Installer. This position is the "backbone" of the installation crew.
The primary focus of this position is furniture installation. This person is required to display a professional appearance, positive attitude, to show initiative, and a willingness to learn.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Unloading, staging and uncrating of product.
Inspect product and note any damage.
Preps the job site for installation..
Reads and understands delivery tickets and product tagging information.
Manage the clean up and trash removal of site and Storr truck.
Complete assigned tasks without constant supervision.
Adhere to company dress code and safety procedures.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Maintain a complete set of tools at all times.
Complete timesheet and other required paperwork / reports on a timely basis.
Assist other departments as requested.
Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader.
Responsible for the purchase price and maintenance of tools required for the tasks in this position
Education and / or Experience
Ability to follow instructions completely and successfully.
Basic decision-making skills.
