The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at StormWind Studios is an entry-level, high-energy sales position for individuals who want to break into tech sales and grow quickly.
In this role, you’ll make outbound calls, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified sales opportunities. This is a performance-driven role where your effort directly impacts your income, growth, and advancement.
High performers can accelerate their careers through our Fast Track program, receiving additional training and mentorship with opportunities to promote into a Sales Representative role as early as every quarter based on performance.
Day to Day:
- Partner with Sales Reps to build pipeline and support new business opportunities
- Prospect and qualify target accounts through high-volume outbound cold calling
- This is a high-volume outbound calling role where you will hear ‘no’ often—success comes from consistency, resilience, and effort
- Schedule Initial Prospect Meetings and handoff prospect(s) to Sales Team
- Log, track, and maintain prospecting activity in Salesforce
- Leverage taught sales techniques to overcome objections and maximize customer interactions
