Nutritional Services Technicians perform a variety of functions while preparing, servicing, delivering and cleaning up food.
Experience Qualifications
Incumbent may drive between facility locations for delivery and pick-up. May need to push or pull up to 200 pounds when transporting materials.

- Experience in a service industry. Preferred
- Experience working in a hospital. Preferred
- Experience handing money transactions. Preferred
- Ability to read a limited number of two- and three- syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences. (Required proficiency)
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. (Required proficiency)
- Handles food throughout the cooking, serving, and cleaning process.
- Sanitizes and maintains work area and equipment. This may include washing dishes and pans. Ensuring proper temperatures are maintains while cooking and cleaning.
- Operates cash register and responsible for the cash flow from the customer.
- Documents processes and procedures as necessary. Performs inventory and ordering of supplies as necessary.
- 20% Delivery and pick-up; dependent upon department need.
- Complies with all policies, standards, mandatory training and requirements of Stormont Vail Health
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Stable access to electricity and a minimum of 25mb upload and internet speed.
