Roofing Sales Rep – 10% of Total Claim | $80K–$200K Potential meet goals over 7 roofs a month get up to 12%
Springfield, MO | 1099 Commission Only
We are hiring an experienced roofing sales rep.
Starting commission is 10% of total contract value (not profit).
Average jobs run $18K–$25K.
Average commission per job: $1,800–$2,500.
This is commission-only. No salary.
What You’ll Do
- Knock storm-affected neighborhoods
- Generate and close your own deals
- Meet adjusters when needed
- Manage your pipeline
- Company leads provided, we Have our own call center for leads and will be turning back on soon!

Requirements
- Prior roofing sales experience REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated
- Can close without hand-holding
