Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specifications
- Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
- Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Oversee site preparation including concrete forming, masonry work, landscape maintenance, and hardscape setup as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and construction standards across all activities
- Inspect completed work for quality control; address any issues promptly to maintain high standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth project flow
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in fence installation or related construction fields with proven leadership capabilities
- Strong background in carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, concrete finishing, and concrete forming techniques
- Skilled in welding, assembly work, landscape maintenance, hardscape construction, and masonry trades
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment and capable of operating construction machinery safely
- Knowledge of construction site safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
