This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Treasury Manager to join a publicly traded renewable energy manufacturing company. The organization is committed to delivering innovative, sustainable technologies, and this position plays a key role in strengthening financial operations as the business continues to scale.
As the Treasury Manager, you will oversee core treasury functions, ensuring effective liquidity management, risk oversight, and compliance within a dynamic global environment. You’ll drive process enhancements, support cash optimization initiatives, and foster strong relationships with banking and insurance partners to maintain the company’s financial stability and operational flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and short-term funding needs
- Maintain and strengthen global banking partnerships and oversee insurance-related activities
- Develop and refine treasury policies while ensuring adherence to SOX requirements and regulatory standards
- Contribute to risk mitigation strategies, including foreign currency oversight and hedging programs
- Lead enhancements to treasury systems, tools, and reporting processes
- Coordinate with internal teams on audit activities, financial reporting, and SEC-related requirements
- Provide guidance and support to treasury team members while collaborating effectively across departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CTP is a plus
- 7 years of treasury experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong background in liquidity planning, treasury operations, compliance, and insurance risk management
- Experience working within a publicly traded company (SOX/SEC exposure required)
- Familiarity with global treasury environments
- Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba, Quantum) and ERP platforms
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving, growth-oriented organization
