💰Salary: $150,000-$180,000 Base 10-20% Bonus Relocation Covered

The Role

You'll act as the owner's on-site representative, leading construction, commissioning, contractor management, and project delivery from start to finish. This role requires someone comfortable making decisions independently, identifying technical issues, and keeping leadership informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Data centers experience is essential

• Delivered at least one data centers project through the full lifecycle

• Strong commissioning experience

• Solid MEP knowledge with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues on site

• Experienced in owner-side reporting and escalating issues to senior leadership

• Background in colocation, cloud, edge, hyperscale, or traditional data centers

• Comfortable coordinating with international suppliers across time zones

• Self-starter who can operate independently on site

• Open-minded and excited by the opportunity to grow within a startup environment
