Senior Data Scientist – Fraud, Ad Targeting & Payments Analytics
Sunnyvale, CA (Hybrid - 4 days in office)

They specialize in building secure, scalable infrastructure that bridges telecom and financial services, enabling cross-border payments, fraud prevention, and digital commerce on a global scale.
As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll own end-to-end ML development and deployment across fraud detection, cross-border ad targeting, and payments intelligence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll help shape the data and analytics foundation that powers growth, customer trust, and revenue acceleration.
What You’ll Do
- Architect Scalable Data Systems – Own the design of high-volume data models, pipelines, and quality checks to support fraud, ads, and payments use cases.
- Develop Predictive Analytics & ML Models – Go beyond statistics to build models that anticipate outcomes (fraud detection, behavioral scoring, user conversion, merchant clustering).
- Lead MLOps & Real-Time Monitoring – Deploy models into production with CI/CD, manage retraining, and set up streaming pipelines for low-latency insights.
- Drive Real-Time Decisioning – Apply frameworks like Kafka and Flink to enable fraud prevention and campaign optimization at scale.
- Embed Governance & Compliance – Ensure privacy-by-design and compliance with global standards (GDPR, APPI, PII).
- Deliver Strategic Insights – Partner with fraud ops, marketing, and product teams to turn complex data into clear actions and dashboards.
What You Bring
- Strong background in big data environments—comfortable working with large-scale, high-volume data
- Expertise in Python, SQL/MySQL, and ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Experience building predictive models and applying ML techniques in production
- Proficiency in MLOps tools (MLflow, SageMaker, Airflow) and AWS (S3, Redshift, Glue)
- Knowledge of data privacy and governance best practices
- BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or Engineering (MS preferred)
