Reverse Logistics Coordinator

💻 Remote | 💵 $20/hour | 📆 3-Month Contract (with potential to go Full-Time!)

Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to make an impact in supply chain operations? Join us as a Reverse Logistics Coordinator and help streamline how we manage returned assets and inventory.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Enter and manage inventory transactions in NetSuite (adjustments, transfers, etc.)
• Upload documentation and track asset destruction in SiteTracker
• Maintain a tracker linking asset IDs to destruction certificates and invoices
• Monitor monthly freight spend and asset disposition costs
• Track returned parts to original jobs and determine next steps (return to vendor, destroy, etc.)
• Create requisitions and approve invoices for asset destruction
• Document and improve reverse logistics processes
• Deliver quarterly reports to leadership

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with NetSuite and SiteTracker is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Great communicator and process-oriented thinker
