The platform automates billing, collections, revenue recognition (ASC 606), reporting, and ERP integrations, helping high-growth companies accelerate cash flow and eliminate manual work.
The Role
This is an in-office position based in NYC and you'll be a player-coach leading a small team of Implementation Managers while owning complex, high-impact deployments. You’ll shape scalable implementation processes, partner closely with Product and Engineering, and ensure seamless go-lives for strategic customers.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience mentoring or managing while staying hands-on
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606, order-to-cash workflows, and ERP systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks)
- Proven track record delivering complex software implementations
- Background in finance or accounting tech; CPA or Big Four a plus
- NYC-based, 5 days per week in office
