Position Overview-

We’re hiring a driven Branch Manager / Market Owner to build and lead our Utah County branch. This role is perfect for a strong sales leader who wants high income potential, leadership responsibility, and long-term ownership opportunities.

Our busy season runs spring through fall, with winter focused on recruiting, training, marketing, maintenance work, and preparing for the next season. This is a hands-on leadership role combining sales, operations, and team building.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage D2D sales reps
• Lead daily sales efforts and knock doors with your team
• Oversee daily branch operations and job flow
• Coordinate technicians and sales for smooth job fulfillment
• Track materials, inventory, and marketing supplies
• Bid incoming leads and manage customer communication
• Monitor performance, revenue, and growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary for day to day operations
• Commission on personal sales
• Commission on team sales
• Commission on total branch revenue

Required Experience & Skills

• 5 years sales experience (required)
• Door-to-door sales experience (required)
• Home service or construction experience a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
