You Work Side By Side With The Owner
You will work directly with the owner every day. He's been on roofs since he was 18 years old, started in this exact position you're applying for, and will personally train you to ensure your success.
So you learn from the person who actually built this company, not some manager reading off a script. Got a question? You ask the owner. Need help closing a big deal? The owner knows your name and has your back.
What You Will Do
You knock doors in solid neighborhoods and create your own leads. You climb up, inspect roofs, and spot the damage. You show homeowners exactly what they need. You walk them through the price and how to pay for it. Then you close.
These are your leads from start to finish. You find them. You win them. You get paid for them.
Who We Are Looking For
You do not need any roofing or sales experience. We train you from the ground up. All you need is a real hunger and drive to win.
We want people who are hungry, easy to coach, and driven to win. You should be comfortable working outside in the Georgia heat. You need reliable transportation and a valid license. Above all, you need a real fire to make serious money.

How You Get Paid
Your average check is between $1,400 and $2,400 on every roof you sell. New reps who close 2 to 4 roofs a month earn around $3,000 to $8,000. Strong closers who hit 5 to 7 or more pull in $8,000 to $14,000 and up. You can also win bonuses and cash prizes in our sales contests. We pay you fast, and we never play games with your money.
