Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician – West Warwick, RI – 2nd & 3rd Shift

- Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm–11:00pm) or 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am), Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays (46–52 hrs/week)
- Pay: Up to $40/hour $1.50/hr shift premium $1,500 sign-on bonus
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems across production lines.
- Perform preventive maintenance and reliability checks to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve PLC and HMI-related issues (Allen Bradley preferred).
- Interpret and follow electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics.
- Complete fabrication, welding, and general machine repairs independently.
- Enter maintenance activities accurately into the computerized maintenance system.
- Support all safety programs and follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements.
- Assist with facility maintenance, installations, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience.
- Strong troubleshooting ability in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and ability to read ladder logic.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Associates degree or trade certification preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and maintenance software on tablets or PCs.
- Must pass a mechanical and electrical hands-on assessment.
