Position Summary
We are looking for energetic and driven Field Marketing Canvassers to join our team at Luecke's Roofing. As a Field Marketing Canvasser, your primary role will be to engage with homeowners in targeted areas, promote our roofing services, and generate high-quality leads for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, enjoy working outdoors, and have a strong desire to contribute to the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Knock on doors, introduce potential clients to Luecke's Roofing, and explain our roofing services.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from homeowners about their roofing needs.
- Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of our services.
- Keep track of your canvassing activities, report progress, and meet lead generation goals.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all interactions with homeowners.
- Comply with company canvassing policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
- Assist in maintaining the organization of materials and supplies for the canvassing team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowner and team members
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Valid drivers license, a satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation is required.
- The standard workweek is Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends when necessary to support business needs.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
