The Storm Restorations of America family of companies have proudly been serving Missouri since 1972. Our team specializes in the insurance restoration industry, providing roof inspections at no cost to homeowners recently impacted by inclement weather, causing damage to their homes.
Job Description:
- We provide comprehensive training for new roofing Project Managers, building their skills from the ground up, while experienced professionals can seamlessly integrate into our system. Success in this role requires a willingness to learn and follow our proven sales methods.
- Willingness and ability to safely climb and inspect roofs to assess conditions, gather information and provide accurate evaluations as needed for the role
- Make proactive calls to existing and prospective customers, providing key updates and information regarding their roofing claims or repairs.
- Ability to independently generate leads
- Act as SRAs professional point of contact, ensuring smooth and effective communication through phone, email, and other channels.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our roofing products and services to better understand and address customer needs during interactions.
- Accurately document each customer interaction according to company and department guidelines.
- Promptly follow up with both current and potential customers, ensuring timely responses and ongoing communication.
- Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude in every interaction, building strong relationships and fostering trust.
- Exhibit patience and empathy during customer communications, ensuring all concerns are addressed with care.
- Consistently communicate clearly and professionally with both internal team members and external customers across all forms of communication.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-Time position
- Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Salary from $120,000 / year
- This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, offering opportunities for high income based on performance

**Our office is located in Highlandville, MO. While you will be required to come into the office, the majority of the work week is spent out in the field.**
