WHAT YOU'LL DO
Your day is built around communication and relationship development. You will work in targeted neighborhoods, connect with homeowners, identify potential storm-related needs, and help customers understand their options.
You will:
- Start professional conversations with homeowners
- Identify potential hail and weather-related roofing damage
- Explain restoration services and insurance-related processes
- Follow up with homeowners and help move qualified opportunities forward
- Work with sales and production leadership throughout the project

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Compensation includes performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission, giving you room to increase your earning potential as your skills and results grow.
- First 3-5 Months: Top rookies have the potential to earn $50,000-$80,000
- Experienced Representatives: Established reps can reach approximately $100,000-$150,000 annually
- Leadership Track: High performers can develop toward Team Lead and Project Manager roles
