Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Spray Technician to join our team. This role focuses on lawn care application services including fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and hydroseeding. Experience is preferred but not required — we provide full training and support, including licensing.
Licensing Requirement
Employees performing lawn care application services must obtain and maintain the required state applicator licenses in Categories A, E, and L. The company will provide training and support to help employees prepare for these examinations. Employees are expected to successfully obtain the required licenses within approximately two weeks of beginning training, subject to exam availability and scheduling. Successful completion of the required licensing exams is a condition of performing spray technician duties.
Responsibilities
· Perform lawn care applications including fertilization, weed control, aeration, overseeding, and hydroseeding
· Identify lawn and tree issues and communicate recommendations to customers
· Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner while on-site
· Accurately document all completed services using company software and mobile applications
· Operate and maintain spray equipment, tools, and company vehicles
· Follow all company safety procedures and policies
· Work effectively with team members to complete daily routes and service plans
Qualifications
· Previous lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Strong organizational and time‑management skills
· Mechanical aptitude and equipment operation experience are a plus
· Ability to learn new skills and obtain required applicator licenses
· Valid driver’s license (required)
Physical Requirements
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly with or without reasonable accommodation
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
