What You'll Do
Lead and Develop Your Team
- Coach team members through weekly one-on-ones focused on growth and performance.
- Ride along with reps to demonstrate best practices and provide real-time feedback.
- Foster an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and motivated.
- Track KPIs including close rates, ticket size, show rates, and pipeline health.
- Run bi-weekly pipeline reviews to identify opportunities and maintain accountability.
- Lead weekly sales meetings that celebrate wins and address gaps.
- Run your own appointments so your team sees you doing the work.
- Stay active in canvassing and follow-ups alongside your team.
- Model the service standards and sales disciplines you expect.
- Organize team-building activities and celebrate milestones.
- Highlight growth stories and wins so every team member feels valued.
- Keep daily communication flowing to stay connected to the mission.
- Assist in the efforts of recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding for new sales talent.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing on local promotions and community engagement.
- Sales leadership experience. You've managed or led a team with a strong record of results. Similar industry experience is highly desired.
