What You’ll Own
- Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
- Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
- Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
- Set clear daily/weekly KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion)
- Drive lead generation performance at every event
- Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
- Track results and continuously optimize performance
- Consistent lead flow that feeds the sales team
- Strong cost per lead and conversion metrics
- A trained, accountable, and energized event team
- A scalable system that can grow market-to-market
- Competitive and results-driven
- Organized but not stuck in “busy work”
- A leader who can recruit, train, and hold people accountable
