What You'll Do
Generate Opportunities
- Make inbound and outbound calls to homeowners
- Engage prospects and identify potential needs
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
- Maintain high call activity (20–30 calls per hour)
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow proven scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversations
- Accurately document activity and customer information in our CRM
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality appointment handoffs
- Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout the customer journey
