As our Call Center Manager, you'll earn a competitive wage of $50,000–$80,000 per year, depending on performance, giving you control over your earning potential. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A CALL CENTER MANAGER

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday - Friday
• optional weekend hours

As our Call Center Manager, you'll make inbound and outbound calls, converting qualified leads into appointments, and setting the standard for call volume and professionalism. You'll coach your team in real time, review calls, reinforce scripts, track metrics, and ensure seamless handoffs to sales.
