What You Will Be Doing (The Mission):
- Becoming an expert in exterior damage assessment (roofing, siding, gutters).
- Consulting with homeowners, performing inspections, and educating them on their options (Retail and Insurance restoration).
- Managing the homeowner relationship from the initial knock to the final high-five.
- Using our CRM to track your pipeline (if it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen!).

- The Mobility: Reliable transportation and a smartphone are non-negotiable.
