Storm Avenue Roofing & Construction is seeking driven, competitive Sales Consultants to help homeowners and business owners navigate roofing and storm restoration needs. No roofing experience required — we provide company-generated leads, full training, and the tools to hit the ground running. Duties
- Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door prospecting in storm-affected areas
- Generate and follow up on leads — company leads provided to get you started
- Inspect roofs and document storm damage — company-provided drones are available for steep or difficult-to-access roofs so you never have to get on one
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to present solutions and close deals
- Guide customers through the insurance claim process from start to finish
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in your territory
- Track opportunities and job progress through company systems
- Represent Storm Avenue professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with rejection
- Sales experience preferred — retail, insurance, real estate, B2B, or any commission background translates well
- No roofing or construction experience required
Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
