What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Barista position at STORICO CAFE?
Looking for a motivated and energetic team working barista. The Cafe is attached to the restaurant Centro Storico. The Cafe is open from 9-9 Tuesday-Sunday. You can order Togo food through the cafe or small in house orders during restaurant hours. This also puts the cafe in charge of phone calls outside of restaurant hours. The Cafe has its own separate drink menu and offers pastries, bagels and gelato during Cafe hours.
The Cafe drinks are crafted individually and are made to be presentable and eye catching. We are looking for a barista who takes pride in their drinks and art or has a strong desire to learn.
Experience not required but coffee knowledge is preferred. The ideal candidate is one with an eagerness to learn how we craft our drinks. The restaurant is authentic Italian food and can get very busy at night. This could give you an opportunity to move up and take occasional serving shifts if desired. This is ideal for some of our employees because of the tips. Cafe opportunities:
