Paint Production Associate - Temporary to Fulltime Position

Job Summary: Under the direction of the Paint supervisor and Team Lead, paint production associates need to setup, hang parts and products on the paint line to be painted in accordance to production orders. Paint production associate must also assist maintaining the machines and daily cleaning per the posted schedule.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hang parts on the line to be painted and powder-coat in accordance with the production orders.
- Confirm count and inventory to be painted are accurate to the production orders quantity, quality and color.
- Work in other areas as needed.
- Overtime opportunities will be available.
Experience and Qualifications:
- This job may require 8 or more hours: Standing, Lifting, Bending, Reaching and twisting.
- This job may require 5 or less hours per day; Pushing or Pulling; Twisting, Reaching, Alternate sitting/standing; kneeling or Squatting.
- General manufacturing work experience is preferred however, this can be considered a trainee position.
- This job deals with high heat in the summer months understanding employee health and safety are addressed by extra breaks and fluids and cool off areas are provided.
