Position Title: Concierge
Role: Phone Sales & Customer Service
Compensation: Listed hourly pay performance-based earnings — the more space you sell, the more $$$ you make!
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15223 | In Person | Hybrid | work-from-home 2-3 days/week weekends (after training completed)

We’re looking for a confident and friendly concierge to help potential new customers find the right storage, office, or creative workspace.

This is a phone-focused sales role where you’ll speak with people who are already interested in our spaces and guide them to the best solution.

Inbound leads provided — no cold calling.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from prospects looking for storage or workspace
• Build rapport and convert inquiries into rentals
• Recommend the best space solution based on customer needs
• Schedule reservations for spaces and truck rentals
• Answer & return calls from customers
• Handle billing questions and process payments for current customers
• Respond to customer emails
• Enter customer information into our system accurately
• Work across multiple computer programs simultaneously
• Assist property managers with general customer service

Requirements

• 1 year sales experience (required)
• 1 year customer service experience (required)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to commute to Pittsburgh, PA 15223

Schedule

Sunday: 8 – 4pm WFH optional

Monday: 9-5pm

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: 9-5pm

Thursday: 9-5pm

Friday: Off

Saturday: 11-7pm WFH optional
