JOB TITLE: Kitchen DesignerJOB CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time PositionHOURS OF OPERATION: Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Sunday: ClosedLOCATION: Storehouse Pembroke - 790 West Bacon Street, Pembroke, GA 31321 PURPOSE & ROLE SUMMARY:The Kitchen Designer is responsible for creating custom kitchen designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and budget considerations. This role focuses on developing layouts that feature cabinetry and appliances from our current product lines, ensuring that each design meets the client’s vision and lifestyle. RESPONSIBILITIES:Schedule appointments & meet with clients to assess their space, needs, and style preferences.Design kitchen layouts using specialized software to produce accurate floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.Recommend appropriate cabinetry styles, finishes, and appliance selections.Provide product knowledge and guidance on cabinetry construction and appliance specifications.Prepare detailed design proposals, pricing, and quotes for client approval.Maintain strong knowledge of current kitchen trends, materials, and technologies.Have the ability to manage multiple client projects ensuring satisfaction at every stage.Support the sales process by following up on leads and converting inquiries into completed projects. SKILLS:Basic understanding of Design SoftwareStrong understanding of kitchen ergonomics, cabinetry specifications, and appliance integration.Ability to read and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and measurements.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Team-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.Company DescriptionLarge building materials company that sells Lumber Flooring Kitchen Cabinets Appliances Furniture V-Groove Doors Windows Lights Stains and much more.
