Facility Maintenance & Depot Technician

Store & Haul is a second-generation, family-owned food-grade bulk liquid carrier (since 1991) with facilities in Van Wert and Bellevue, OH. We're looking for a hands-on maintenance technician who owns keeping both facilities and our depot running - not someone who just calls contractors.

Based in Van Wert, OH. Regular travel to our Bellevue, OH terminal is required.

What you'll own

- All building and grounds maintenance at the Van Wert (HQ/shop) and Bellevue (terminal/tank wash) facilities - lighting, doors, plumbing, HVAC, lot, landscaping, signage

- Keeping tank wash, shop and depot equipment running: boilers, heat exchangers, water heaters, stainless plumbing, pumps, air compressors, power washers, fuel pumps, electrical systems

- Managing the depot: operating the telehandler/ISO stacker to load, unload and stage ISO containers and trailers; tracking their location and status

- Ensuring product is on heat and ready on time - coordinating with Dispatch, building heat setups correctly, and directing tank wash staff who assist after hours. You own the result; you do the work hands-on when needed

- Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installing/modifying equipment

- Parts inventory, work documentation, and safety compliance (chemicals, fall protection, PPE)

What we need

- 3 years industrial/facility maintenance experience

- Solid electrical troubleshooting and repair skills (required)

- Boiler experience (strong preference)

- Experience repairing pumps and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

- Stainless steel/aluminum fabrication and welding a plus; PLC experience a plus

- Able to prioritize independently and work a flexible schedule when equipment or loads demand it

- Valid driver's license (CDL a plus)

- Lift up to 75 lbs, climb on/under equipment; exposure to chemicals, noise, and heat

Pay: $26-$34/hr depending on experience. Full-time.
