Facilities Maintenance Technician - Tracy/Stockton

Facilities Maintenance Technician – Hiring Immediately 
This position may cover multiple storage facilities within the Tracy/Stockton. 

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plumbing, general building repairs, and janitorial work. This role requires someone who can plan and prioritize projects, stay organized, and maintain productivity with minimal supervision.

• Proven experience in facility maintenance (required) 
• Basic computer skills

• Ability to walk and inspect a large facility throughout the day

Job Description: 

• plumbing, low voltage electrical repairs/wiring, basic woodwork repairs, basic sheetrock repairs, basic concrete repairs, and other related maintenance activities. Performs any additional required minor repairs of buildings and any equipment needed as instructed by your supervisor. Familiar with use of caulking, sealants, finishes, paints, and adhesives. 
• Maintain building; perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, basic woodwork, sheetrock, concrete repairs; use caulk, sealants, finishes, and adhesives. 
• Assist Management with maintaining curb appeal 
• Additional required minor repairs of buildings and any equipment needed as instructed by your supervisor 
• Removal of bulk trash, graffiti clean-up 
• Landscaping-pulling weeds, weed whacking 
• Identify areas of maintenance needs and perform regular property inspections 
• Knowledge of and adherence to all Cal-OSHA safety procedures 

Job Requirements: 

• Basic maintenance duties, including basic building repair, OHD adjustment 
• Mechanical and passive gate repairs and minor HVAC inspections and filter changes  
• Basic computer skills 
• Ability to travel 
• California Driver License with clean driving record 
• Ability to work weekend hours as required
