Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility (floors, walls, restrooms, office spaces, exterior)
- Complete routine and light maintenance tasks: painting, wall patching, latch installations, corner guard repair, cutting locks
- Assist with snow removal, flood remediation, and other season or urgent needs.
- 8.5-hour shifts (30-min break)
- Hours vary between 6:45 AM – 10:30 PM, including some mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Reliable, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with basic repairs and maintenance tasks
- Strong communication skills
