Greater NY Regional Manager

Self-storage is one of the fastest growing sectors of the retail sales industry. StorageMart is the largest independent providers of self-storage for business and domestic customers in Canada, the United States and the U.K.
We have a need for a Regional Manager for the Greater New York area!
Our Regional Managers have oversight of several stores with the primary responsibility for ensuring business success!
In addition to ensuring that all of our stores meet our Easy, Clean, Service level of excellence, a successful Regional Manager is forward-thinking and able to excel in:

This is anything but a “boring desk job.” You will be responsible for sales, site appearance, managing the day-to-day operations, and customer service – all with the backing of a system that works and a corporation that wants you to succeed. On-call, weekend work, and out of state travel are associated with this position. This position oversees the New York Burroughs and requires travel within them. This position is not remote-eligible.
Compensation package includes base salary of $90,000 to $100,000 (commensurate with experience, etc.) company car, laptop, and cell phone.

Requirements:
1. Multi-unit/location experience in retail, hospitality, self-storage or equivalent experience (2 years).
2. Located in the NY Tristate area.

Preferences:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher.
2. Located in NYC.
