The role involves sourcing and identifying viable real estate investment opportunities, negotiating and closing real estate transactions, and maintaining client relationships. The agent will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support property acquisitions and contribute to market analysis and growth strategies.

- Expertise in Commercial Real Estate and general Real Estate practices
- Active Real Estate License in the state of Florida
- Knowledge of Brokerage and Sales principles

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities
- Proficiency with real estate platforms and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven attitude
